My journey to Spinal Flow

My journey to becoming a Spinal Flow Practitioner began with my own body.

From an early age, I lived with a severe double scoliosis. As a teenager, I was told that my spine would continue to deteriorate, that chronic pain was inevitable, and that I would likely face a future of injections, strong pain medication, not be able to carry children and be in a wheelchair by the age of 40. Those words stayed with me, but deep down, something in me knew there had to be another way.

Rather than accepting a lifetime of dependency on medication, I chose to begin my own healing journey in my 30s. Over many years, I explored the mind–body connection, nervous system regulation, somatic healing, and energy-based practices. This path wasn’t just physical, it was emotional, energetic, and deeply personal. I began to understand that the body doesn’t only store pain from injury, but also from stress, trauma, and unexpressed emotion.

Despite everything I tried, there was still a missing piece until I discovered Spinal Flow.

From my very first experience, something shifted. I felt my nervous system soften, my body begin to unwind, and a sense of safety I had never truly known. Within only five Spinal Flow sessions, I experienced profound changes in my physical comfort, a big shift in my scoliosis and posture, emotional resilience, and relationship with my body. This work became the bridge between everything I had been searching for.

Spinal Flow didn’t just change how my body felt, it changed how I lived inside my body.

This experience ignited a calling within me. I trained as a certified Spinal Flow Practitioner, including training in Barcelona directly with Dr Carli Axford, the founder of Spinal Flow, so I could offer others the same level of support, hope, and reconnection that I had found. Today, my work is rooted not only in professional training, but lived experience. I understand pain, fear, and frustration and I also understand the body’s incredible ability to soften, release, and transform when given the right support.

My mission is simple: to create a safe, nurturing space where your nervous system can relax, your body can release what it’s been carrying, and you can reconnect with a sense of balance, trust, and inner strength.

Healing is not about forcing change it’s about allowing the body to remember how to feel safe again.

Spinal Flow is a gentle, evidence-informed technique that works directly with the nervous system to support the body’s natural ability to heal, regulate, and restore balance.

Contact Me

If you are considering Spinal Flow, whether through an individual session, an immersive, or a retreat, your care will always begin with a comprehensive consultation and assessment.

For clients booking individual sessions, this assessment takes place as a dedicated initial appointment. For those attending an immersive or retreat, the same assessment process is conducted at the beginning of the programme and integrated into the experience, rather than as a separate appointment.

This consultation provides a structured opportunity to review your health history, assess spinal and postural patterns, and explore your current presentation and goals. It ensures that Spinal Flow is appropriate for your needs and allows care to be delivered safely, effectively, and in alignment with your individual circumstances.

To enquire, please complete the contact form or contact me via email or WhatsApp. Upon receipt of your enquiry, I will be in touch to gather relevant information, answer any questions, and advise on the most appropriate next step prior to confirming your booking.
